We’re kind of a small company and a little old fashioned. Although we’ve gotten pretty good at this “internet thing”, it’s still nice to communicate with customers.

My parents and grandparents were retailers in inner-city hardware stores. I grew up there and I learned from my mom, dad and older brother how to serve people, learn their names and thank them for stopping in.
